My mission as an artist is to take the sensual, rhythmic feeling of music and combine it with the beauty of our surroundings. Like music I will attempt to move people in a viseral way. I will do this by breaking down human made forms as well as forms found in nature to their basic line. By doing this my hope is that I can get people to see the lines in these forms as simple but beautiful. Whether it's the curves in a human body, the elegant shadows that are cast by a fire escape, or the delicate lines of a leaf that has fallen to the ground, I will get people to see the natural beauty that surrounds them. My hope is that by showing people the beauty that is all around , they will do more to protect it.
